Read this before arranging a transfer of any equipment that may contain data.
Current services and certification
Alpha Lifecycle is not currently an ITAD service provider and is not R2 certified. These are future goals; no certification or launch date is being claimed.
Data-bearing equipment
Do not assume data erasure, physical destruction or a certificate of data destruction is included in a purchase. Agree on data handling before transferring any data-bearing equipment.
Tell us whether storage media is included and whether there are account or device-management locks. Do not send device passwords, customer records or samples of stored data through the contact form or an equipment list.
Our logo and current scope
The word “Secure” in our logo is not a claim that we currently provide data sanitization, data destruction or certified ITAD services. The disclosure on this page describes our current scope.
A focus on the next use
Our business connects retired corporate equipment with buyers in the USA and worldwide. Product condition and suitability for the intended use are part of the inquiry. No recycling service or environmental performance claim is being made.
Questions before a transfer?
Raise your data handling requirements before equipment changes hands. An inquiry or equipment purchase does not itself establish a data handling service.
